Richard Rubin is Chairman & CEO of DRM Waste Management since acquiring the company in 2010. Richard’s professional career includes senior executive positions at both public and privately held corporations. He was Vice President & General Manager of Aris Isotoner (Sara Lee Corporation) from 1980 through 1990 and President of Westport Corporation from 1991-2001. From 2001 to 2009 he was President & CEO at both Worldwide Dreams LLC and Brentwood Associates – Monarch Designs Inc. Richard’s expertise in marketing, finance and operations is complemented by hands-on experience in senior executive roles. His vast array of knowledge within retail sectors provides DRM clients with additional resources for both process improvements and cost-reduction technologies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science, Marketing, Jacksonville University and Finance and Accounting, Wharton School of Business.
Louise Zucca – EVP, Operations & General Manager
Louise Zucca is DRM Waste Management’s Executive Vice President of Operations. Louise has served in multiple senior leadership roles and is responsible for operational and service excellence. Her focus incorporates client management and guaranteed delivery of contract deliverables. Louise has spearheaded the design and development of proprietary technology, operating systems and innovative initiatives over the last twelve years. Louise graduated as summa cum laude, valedictorian, of Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ and holds a Bachelor of Music. She completed further graduate studies at Columbia University, NY.
Wayne Furchak – Vice President of Sales
Wayne Furchak is responsible for driving DRM’s strategic sales, organic business growth and profitability. Wayne has more than twenty-five years of sales and operations management experience and has a vast knowledge of the solid waste and recycling industries. In more than a decade at DRM, Wayne has played an integral role in the generation of sales and pricing proposals, client engagement, negotiations, vendor management, key account management and the development and implementation of customized waste, recycling and diversion programs for DRM’s clients.
